Position Requirements

We are seeking a qualified and committed Tutor of Woodwind to join our Performance Music Team. Applicants must be fluent English speaking graduates and hold a bachelors degree in Music.

The successful candidate should be able to offer the tuition of Flute, Clarinet and Saxophone to all levels. Experience of teaching and preparing students for ABRSM examinations at all grades, including Diploma level, is essential. Experience of working with young musicians and ensembles is required.

The successful candidate would be expected to:

Provide one to one and small group tuition
Lead the school Wind Ensembles'
Support school performances, events and competitions
Contribute to extra-curricular activities and support the wider school community
Prepare students for domestic & international competitions
Accompany students on piano (an advantage)
